All Aircel prepaid and postpaid customers can recharge with this coupon by dialing the special IVR number 5300003 and entering the 16 digit secret PIN number. You can also recharge by sending SMS DTC 16 digit number to 5300003.
Can this card be used by existing Dialer Tune customers?
Yes. These cards can be used by existing Dialer Tune customers too. Upon recharging with this card the Dialer Tune service validity will get extended.

These cards are available at all Aircel stores and also at the retailer near you.
What are the denominations of these cards?
These cards are presently available for 3 denominations
Rs 7 card valid for 7 days
Rs 31 card valid for 31 days
Rs 240 card valid for 360 days.
How to use
How do I recharge these cards?
These cards can be recharged by dialing the special IVR number 5300003 and entering the 16 digit secret PIN number. You can also recharge by sending SMS DTC 16 digit number to 5300003.
Can I recharge these denominations via Etop up also?
No. As of now these Dialer Tune denominations are only available on paper card.
I am a postpaid customer. Can I use these cards?
Yes. Even if you are a postpaid customer, you can still use the Dialer Tune card and enjoy unlimited song change. You can recharge with this coupon by dialing the special IVR number 5300003 and entering the 16 digit secret PIN number. You can also recharge by sending SMS DTC 16 digit number to 5300003.
How do I select a song after recharging with this card? What song will be activated by default upon recharging?
To change the song after recharging with this card, all you need to do is to dial 580003 from your mobile. You can select your favorite song from the list of unlimited songs available on the IVR database.
I already have Dialer Tune activated. Can I use these cards? Do I have to deactivate the Dialer Tune to use these cards?
Yes. You can recharge with these cards even if your Dialer Tune is already active. We will add the card validity into your present Dialer Tune service validity so that you do not loose even a single day of your favorite song

What would happen to my Dialer Tune service if I just recharge once and do not recharge second time?
Your service is renewed automatically after the expiry of your service validity to avoid hassle to you. However if you wish to deactivate the service you can send SMS UNSUB to 5300003
Deactivation
How can I deactivate my Dialer Tune service?
You can deactivate the Dialer Tune card by sending the message: UNSUB to 5300003.
Are there any charges for deactivation?
There are no charges for deactivation of Dialer tune card.
How long would it take for the service to get deactivated and would I get any confirmation for the same?
The services would be deactivated within an hour and you would get a confirmation message for the same.
Troubleshooting
I am not able to recharge the card I just purchased?
Please make sure that the number you are dialing to recharge the Dialer Tune card is 5300003. You and also send sms DTC 16 digit number to 5300003 to recharge.
I already have Dialer Tune active on my number, can I use this card?
Yes. You can recharge with this card even if your service is already active. We will add the card validity into your present Dialer Tune service validity so that you do not loose even a single day of your favorite song
